producer, and CEO of a production company. I produced or directed more than 50 TV shows, dramas, sitcoms, music
shows, talk shows, and other variety programs. Some of those TV shows achieved record-breaking ratings of over 40%.
Since becoming a lawyer, I have worked as a business and production legal counsel with global media & entertainment
companies such as Netflix, iQIYI, Paramount Pictures, Skydance, in addition to leading Korean companies such as
JTBC Studio, CJ ENM, Coupang Play and Studio N. I have worked on international projects such as Netflix’s
Kingdom, Sweet Home, and Squid Game, contributing to their success in global markets.
